The vast majority of technical problems can be overcome by telephone or email support - the majority of the systems we install can be accessed without entering your home or premises.

Very shortly we will also offer online assistance and support - whereby you will be able to talk in real-time to a technician or one of our customer service team. All you will need is access to the internet. Very good news for people who are busy or always on the move!

In the event of a system failure we would send an engineer to your home or property and rectify any problems.

Members of our team have over 20 years of combined experience in technical and security matters and therefore we  have already dealt with the vast majority of problems and issues already - experience helps!

We pride ourselves on providing a professionally installed product - our objective is similar to your own - reliability.

However, reliability works hand in hand with the correct maintenance procedure - especially when installations are carried out in a demanding environment (dust and large temperature changes). Therefore, we recommend that every system installation is backed up with one of our extensive maintenance contracts. The selection can be made to suit the customers situation. Cyprus Protection currently offer two different maintenance solutions :

• STANDARD maintenance

• PREMIER maintenance

Consequently, in the event that the warranty period has expired on your system and you feel that a home inspection is suitable for your home protection and security security needs, then we highly recommend  considering one of the above solutions (further details are available after installation).

Our contracts are suitable for any security system - subject to approval - and therefore we are able to extend our maintenance coverage to cover security products (home alarm systems, business alarm systems, security cameras, fire alarms, access control) that have NOT been installed by Cyprus Protection*.
